• CNC Milling with 40 & 50 taper spindles capable of turning up to 10,000 RPM, work envelopes up to 50” x 30” x 28” and table capacities up to 6,000 lbs
• CNC Turning with Swings up to 20” and 3 3/8” spindle bores – our 2008 slant bed production lathe boasts a 65mm (2.55”) bore, 20” swing with a matched bar feeder, & parts catcher
• Complete precision tool room with engineering support – New in 2007, our Hardinge HLVH-EM can hold accuracy
• Hardmilling & Turning – we frequently cut alloys up to 65 Rockwell C – with intermittent cuts in turning
• 3d parametric solid modeling
